From a lifetime love of blues & swing influence, and after being everyone else's harmonica player, Mike ‘Salty’ Lanigan conceptualized a swingingblues band, then fine picked his musicians and started working on SWINGIN HARPOON, performing original songs and quality covers. Music genres from big city blues, swing, rockabilly & funk. Music with passion! Blowing his first harp in a bar at age 14, Salty has learned the workings of the live music business. Salty got his licks from early riffs of Magic Dick (J.Geils), Steve Cash (Ozark Mountain Daredevils), Fingers Taylor (Jimmy Buffet), and the Late Pat Ramsey....
