The South Bend Blues & Ribs Festival begins with gates opening 11:00 a.m. E.D.T., on Saturday, June 23rd, at Coveleski Regional Stadium. This year's headline act is Jimmie Vaughan & the Tilt-A-Whirl Band, featuring Lou Ann Barton. For more than four decades, Vaughan, the guitar slinging Texan has been earning his living rockin' the blues. Vaughan's love affair with blues and rock'n' roll goes back to his childhood in Dallas.
