In this way, the blues sung in Galician makes all the sense in the world. And it seems to mean much more when transmitted through the voice and guitar of Víctor Aneiros. Born in Ferrol, A Coruña in 1960, he's a self-taught and irreverent musician, considered one of the pioneers of blues-rock in Galician. After playing in various local bands in the 80s and 90s, he began his solo career in 1999, forming Victor Aneiros & Blue Notes and releasing “Que el blues te acompañe” (May the blues be with you). He performed at various festivals like Antequera Blues Festival (2000), Rhythm and Blues in Aragón (2001), Cerdanyola Blues Festival (2001), Reus Blues Festival (2002) and Montreux Jazz Festival (2002).
