Powerhouse vocalist Deedra Patrick who recently played the Kern River Rock n Blues Fest is back in the studio and recording after an auto accident sidelined her career temporarily. Ex lead singer for Contra-Band and headliner  at the Roxy and the Rainbow on Sunset Strip has a few tracks together and I had the chance to hear Chasing The Rabbit and When The Rain Came Down . Her vocals are strong and she is teamed with Rick Jarrard and her band, Ron Brem (guitars), Jimmy Johnson (bass) and Chris Nuefeld (keys). The tracks are pop bluesy and of course feature her powerful vocals as well as hot guitar riffs from Brem. Watch for upcoming info.
