   (VENTURA (a/k/a/ Blues Central, CA.) - Week in, week out,  Tommy Marsh and Bad Dog remain one of the hardest-working bands on the Southern California live Blues scene, hosting the weekly Ventura County Blues Society (VCBS) Blues Jam (this Wednesday, Feb. 13 featuring very special guest, guitarist John Marx) at The Tavern, 211 E. Santa Clara, Ventura; and performing again two nights later, Friday, February 15, at Amigo's, 546 E. Main, also in Ventura. Both shows are also free - that's right, as in, no cover charge!
    Other upcoming Tommy Marsh and Bad Dog Shows: Friday, February 22 - The Village Jester; Friday, March 9 - The Whale's Tail. Upcoming VCBS Blues Jams and each evening's respective Special Guest: Wed., Feb. 20 - Shawn Jones; Wed., Feb. 27 - Donna Greene; Wed., March 6 - Johnny Main and Tex Nakamura; Wed., March 13 - Jodi Farrell; Wed., March 20 - Bill McPherson; and Wed., March 27 - Laurie Morvan.
